RETURN POLICY

When you purchase a digital product from our marketplace, please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for digital products. However, we do accept returns for physical products.

We have a 30-day return policy on physical products; This means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Products returned to us without a refund request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item has been delivered so we can assess and correct the problem.

Exclusions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom items (such as custom orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Stock Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-day waiting period

Notwithstanding the physical product descriptions above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
